This program is delivered by a retired Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, police officer and SLATT SME who was ambushed by an HVE while on duty in his patrol car on January 7, 2016. Key focus areas include the threat posed to law enforcement from HVEs, the importance of being informed on current threats, and recognizing the signs of possible attack planning activity.
