This training session is delivered by a SLATT subject-matter expert and retired San Bernardino, California, police officer who was the first to respond to the mass shooting at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino on December 2, 2015. The presenter shares his personal experiences as he navigates his way through a complex terrorism scenario involving threat mitigation, casualty care, and personal preparedness. Additional focus areas included the integrated response across multiple disciplines, agencies, and levels of government, to include best practices and lessons learned.
